Hi there! I'm Mo Zhou, a "T-shaped" Designer with diverse design background. Currently based in Brooklyn, NY.

My design journey started with Industrial Design at Shanghai Maritime University (SMU), where I spent years building a solid foundation of human-centered design thinking. Then I obtained my M.F.A. degree of Service Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) for my arising interests in the strategy and digital world.

I began my career at McKinsey & Company, , applying service and experience design to improve efficiency and scalability in fast-paced corporate environments. Later, as Founding Designer at Zytegyst and Sr. UX Designer at Harvard University's Applied Social Media Lab, I honed my passion for owning digital products end to end, launching designs that made people's life more fun and functional. One thing I've be thriving at is facilitating workshops to discover, co-design, and prioritize decisions with stakeholders.

Outside of work, I'm full passion on sports, fashion, film,and travel.
